The 999bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback, which is a percentage of that week's net losses. At the Diamond tier, a weekly cashback of up to 1.5% is possible. The cashback amount is added to the account every Monday.

All bets placed on 999bd are considered final. If incorrect results are displayed due to a technical fault in the game software, 999bd reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the relevant bets.

For sports betting, the odds set before a match begins remain in effect. Odds in live betting may change in real time, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. If a match is cancelled for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
